Intuitive Tea Reading

Your immersion begins with a tea reading.

Through a private tea ceremony, we set the container with intention, presence and love for your sacred life. From this grounded place, we explore what’s surfacing beneath the surface—patterns, transitions, questions of direction, health, or identity. I listen for what’s being said and what hasn’t yet found language. We also identify your primary objectives.

This session sets the tone for your entire program, and you leave with a custom-blend of herbal tea that intentionally supports your journey.

Home Transformation with Feng Shui✨

Your home is not separate from your inner life—it’s an active participant in it.

Your home is an extension of your inner world. When it shifts, you shift, too.
In this personalized in-home session, we identify the three key areas of your home that most directly support the changes you’re ready to make, using the Bagua map as our guide. If your focus is relationship, for example, we may work with the relationship, family, and self-understanding zones to create coherence across your space.
This work is practical and embodied. We’ll declutter together, rearrange furniture if needed, and introduce thoughtful Feng Shui touches—colors, elements, and intentional placement—to enhance the flow of chi.
Women often describe this session as both grounding and empowering—bringing immediate relief and a renewed sense of support from their environment.

Ayurveda Health Assessment

Without our health, we have nothing. I believe it is the foundation for true happiness and success.

In this session, we explore your Ayurvedic constitution, current imbalances, and what your body is asking for in this season of your life. As an Ayurveda Health Practitioner, I take a comprehensive approach to compassionately guide you back to balance using nutrition and herbal medicine.

You will be provided with a clear, practical and personalized diet and lifestyle action plan to support your best health.

I'M

KATHERINE.

I work with women at moments of transition—when a truth is surfacing and the old ways of moving through life no longer work. My gift is creating the kind of space where that truth can be spoken without judgment, rushed solutions, or spiritual bypassing. Together, we tend to what needs attention most in your body and your home.

I offer private work, group experiences, and curated journeys for women who are ready to honor themselves. My background as an Ayurveda Health Practitioner, in Feng Shui, and in embodied wisdom traditions informs everything I do—supporting coherence between your inner world, your outer environment, and the life you’re being asked to live.
