Marma therapy is an ancient Ayurvedic healing practice from India. Utilizing 107 energy points, or “doorways”, on the surface of the body as points of access to body, mind and consciousness. The purpose of Marma therapy is to activate YOUR innate wisdom to heal. By applying gentle to deep pressure on specific Marma points, and with the use of tuning forks, therapeutic oils and pranic intention, the therapist can influence the flow of energy to enhance immunity, clear emotional blockages, provide pain relief, promote deep sleep, improve mood and initiate detoxification.
