Because what is world peace really? Isn't it simply that we all get to freely be, live and express our truths in an unbridled way?

I think it is.✨

And I further believe the most loving thing we can do for ourself is be our authentic truth and allow others to do the same as we coexist and better yet co-create?

The problem is that many of us have lost sight of who that person is. Who is our most authentic self? What does that even mean? We've spent so much time, possibly our whole lives, establishing identities that we believed attributed to our survival. A lot of us have lost sight of who the "real me" is. I know I have had to work hard to find my truth and I'm not alone.

So what do horses have to do with it?

Working with a horse is like being given a dose of truth serum. Suddenly you see yourself, like really see yourself, with a kind of clarity that’s both shocking and a relief all at once.

For example, if you’re anxious, guarded, or trying too hard, the horse feels it and reflects that to you. The horse doesn’t judge, she simply mirrors. It's in the mirror you feel a rare kind of permission to drop the masks, the stories, the performance and simply be you. It's wonderful.

The horse helps you access your truth. Truth is freedom, and freedom is peace.🐴🕊️

Even if you are not a horse person, you are about to be knee-deep in horse energy very soon. The Year of the Fire Horse begins February 4, 2026. The Horse is all about freedom, movement, authenticity, and bold self-expression. And most importantly, the horse doesn't care what you know...it cares about your coherence.

Individual coherence is when your thoughts, emotions, and actions are aligned—when what you feel inside matches how you live and move in the world. Collective coherence is a state of alignment where the parts of a system are working together in harmony.

My prediction as we collectively move into this energy is any willingness or tolerance we've had for people to show up inauthentically will become unavailable to us. Energetically, we as humans will mimic the horse in the sense that we won't connect with people unless they are being completely authentic. 

When people feel safe to be real they can co-create a more coherent and honest collective reality where authenticity and love lead the way. And maybe, just maybe, we'll start to not just BE THE CHANGE we want to see in the world, we'll actually LIVE it.
