Let's get away from city living for some fresh country air and good old fashioned flower picking! We'll wander through open fields of seasonal blooms, gather our own bouquets straight from the earth (that you get to take home!) and settle in for a relaxed, open-air picnic surrounded by the beautiful Texas countryside. High Hope Ranch is a little piece of Heaven for anyone who needs a break from the concrete jungle and wants to soak up the medicine of nature in its purest form.

Come alone or bring a friend! This experience is all about being outdoors, celebrating botanical beauty and bringing a little piece of it home. We'll practice presence, have a picnic, go for a hike, connect to nature, and remember the simple joy of being outside.

💐 Gathering wildflowers straight from the flower fields at High Hope Ranch

  • High Hope is a 1,000-acre working ranch nestled at the top of the Texas Hill Country, where wide-open skies meet rolling pastures and preserved wilderness. As protected land under Living Lands Trust, the ranch is a sanctuary for both people and wildlife. It is a peaceful retreat area with defined hiking trails, majestic views and farm animal interaction. 

    It offers cut flowers, medicinal herbs, and vegetables in a half acre garden for our local co-op and on site Farm Store.

I empower and inspire women to lead highly intentional, authentic and nature-aligned lives. As a coach, I work with women at moments of transition, and as a group facilitator, my gift is creating the kind of space where everyone feels seen, heard, loved and elevated without judgment. 

I offer private work, group experiences, and curated journeys for women who are ready to honor themselves. My background as an Ayurveda Health Practitioner, in Feng Shui, and in embodied wisdom traditions informs everything I do—supporting coherence between your inner world, your outer environment, and the life you’re being asked to live.

I hold a deep love and reverence for Mother Earth and invite everyone in my world to do the same.
